Shipping Policies
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
- Custom or made-to-order items may take 2-3 additional days
- Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays
- We make up to 3 delivery attempts at your address
- If delivery fails, the package is held at the local courier facility
- You'll receive SMS and email notifications for each attempt
- Undelivered packages are returned after 7 days
- Provide complete address with landmark and pincode
- Include recipient's name and mobile number

- Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges
