Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Do you offer EMI options?

Yes, we offer EMI options on orders above ₹10,000. You can choose from 3, 6, 9, or 12-month EMI plans through participating banks and financial institutions.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, shipping charges start from ₹99 depending on the product size and delivery location.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days for metro cities and 5-10 business days for other locations. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for select products and locations.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India. We're working on expanding our international shipping services and will update customers when available.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our website or through the courier partner's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Some categories like personal care items have different return policies.
